There was a time when the briefs I received were all about cloud computing. Then it was the turn of the IoT, the Internet of Things.

The original IoT briefs I received were during the initial buzz around the technology, what Gartner calls the ‘peak of inflated expectations’. In these periods of elevated hype, there’s often a lot of content being created on the topic, which can make it hard to cut through.

But the content we created here, while simple in nature, helped put the projected scale of the technology in context, and earned attention online while competing in a crowded space.
